1. Operator, scope and acceptance
PathMetry is operated by HERMAD Technology Services LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“HERMAD,” “we,” “us”). Our jurisdiction of formation is Wyoming, USA. Support, privacy requests and legal notices all use hello@path-metry.com.
These Terms govern our website, requests to join our beta, and any free beta access we subsequently grant under these Terms. You accept them by affirmatively checking the acceptance box and sending your request, or through an acceptance flow before using an invited beta. Opening a policy page is not consent to optional processing.
The public form currently prepares an email for you to review and send. It does not create an application account or grant product access. Our Privacy Policy describes website and enrollment processing. Application-specific disclosures and any necessary permissions must be provided before application data collection begins.
2. Eligibility and free, controlled access
You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering this agreement in your jurisdiction. Use PathMetry for your own lawful career planning. Do not submit requests for children.
The initial beta is free. We do not request a payment card or automatically convert participation into a paid subscription. Any later paid service requires a separate offer and your affirmative agreement. Capacity, available features, locations and invitation timing may be limited. An application or invitation is not a promise of continued availability.
3. Nature of the service and your decisions
PathMetry provides career information, organization and decision support. It is not an employer, employment agency, recruiter or representative of a hiring organization. It does not provide professional legal, immigration, financial or investment advice.
Path Checks and Next Best Action recommendations, when available, help organize Known / Unknown / Recommendation. “Known” means information identified in the available inputs, not independently verified truth. “Unknown” means a material gap or uncertainty. A recommendation is an option for your consideration, not an instruction or prediction of success.
You remain responsible for your decisions and for checking material facts directly with the employer or another authoritative source. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, employment, compensation, visa or work authorization eligibility, suitability, or the accuracy or completeness of opportunity information. Seek a qualified professional when you need regulated advice.
PathMetry does not autonomously make hiring decisions for employers. A displayed company name, service name or link does not establish a partnership or live integration. A connection is available only when the product actually offers it and explains its permissions.
4. Your information and account responsibilities
Provide information you reasonably believe is accurate and keep contact information current. Submit only information you have a lawful right to share. Do not include another person’s private messages, contact information, confidential employer documents, government identifiers, passwords, financial account data or sensitive personal information in an access request.
If an account is later offered, protect its credentials, do not share access, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activities you authorize; you are not automatically responsible for every activity caused by a compromise outside your control.
5. Your content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of your content. You give HERMAD a limited, nonexclusive permission to receive, store, reproduce and process it only as reasonably needed to handle your request, provide the services you choose, support you, and meet lawful recordkeeping obligations described in the applicable privacy notice. This does not authorize public endorsement, advertising use of your name, sale of your content, or training a general-purpose AI model on your application.
PathMetry’s branding, software, design and original materials belong to HERMAD or their respective licensors. We permit your personal use while these Terms apply. Do not commercially redistribute our service or branding without permission, except as applicable law permits. Your content and statutory rights are not transferred to us. We do not promise that machine-generated material is unique, protectable or free of third-party rights.
Feedback is voluntary. We may use suggestions to improve the service without payment, subject to privacy obligations. Identifiable testimonials, recordings and publicity require separate permission.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the website or beta to:
- Break the law, infringe intellectual property, or violate confidentiality or privacy rights.
- Harass, threaten, impersonate or discriminate unlawfully against anyone.
- Fabricate credentials, employment history, evidence or identity, or present an AI inference as a verified fact.
- Upload malicious code, bypass access controls, access other users’ accounts, or disrupt the service.
- Collect other users’ data, send spam, or automate abusive requests.
- Use personal career guidance as an employer screening, ranking or autonomous hiring system.
Good-faith security reports are welcome at our contact email. Report only what is necessary and do not access or disclose other users’ data.
7. Third-party services
External websites, employers and services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Opening an email draft uses your chosen email provider. You decide whether to send it. We do not control hiring organizations, third-party job listings or third-party availability. This does not remove HERMAD’s obligations for providers processing data on its behalf.
8. Beta limitations and warranties
Beta features may change, be unavailable, produce incomplete or inaccurate results, or be discontinued. Save independent copies of important information. Scheduled availability, response times and particular outcomes are not promised.
To the extent applicable law permits, the experimental service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without additional promises of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or employment results. This does not exclude mandatory consumer guarantees or our responsibility to exercise the care required by applicable law.
9. Responsibility and liability
We are responsible for our conduct to the extent required by applicable law. You are responsible for unlawful conduct and breaches attributable to you under that law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is responsible to the other for remote, unforeseeable or indirect losses arising from use of this free beta. This does not exclude or limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where legally protected, infringement of mandatory privacy or consumer rights, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These Terms impose no fixed monetary liability cap and no separate consumer indemnification obligation. Nothing requires you to reimburse HERMAD for its own misconduct or waive a remedy the law gives you.
10. Ending participation and suspension
You may stop using PathMetry at any time and withdraw your request by emailing us. To request deletion, follow the Privacy Policy.
We may limit or suspend access for a material breach, abuse, a security risk, legal necessity or the end of the beta. Where reasonably practicable, we will explain the action and provide an opportunity to correct the issue or request review. Immediate action may be necessary for a serious risk. When ending a beta, we will give reasonable notice where practicable and explain available ways to retrieve or request deletion of information.
Ending participation does not cancel rights or obligations that by their nature continue, including ownership, lawful recordkeeping and remedies for past conduct.
11. Disputes and applicable law
Please contact us to try to resolve a concern. Informal contact is encouraged but is not a mandatory prerequisite that prevents an urgent remedy, regulator complaint or timely legal claim.
Applicable law and competent courts will be determined under the rules that legally govern your dispute. We do not require exclusive litigation in Wyoming or another foreign location. You retain mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available in your place of residence.
These Terms contain no mandatory arbitration agreement and no class-action waiver. No provision prevents you from contacting a consumer or privacy authority.
12. Changes, language and contact
We will date and version updates here. Material changes affecting existing participants will be communicated through the contact or product channel available to us, with advance notice when required. We will obtain renewed affirmative agreement where necessary. Changes will not retroactively authorize new uses of personal information.
The principal drafting language is English. The Spanish summary helps explain the service; it does not reduce mandatory language, transparency or consumer protections. Contact us in English or Spanish if you need clarification before applying.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply only to the extent they can lawfully operate. Questions, complaints and legal notices: hello@path-metry.com.
